Terms and Conditions for Online and Telephone Sales

Terms
The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Tabframes ordered from the website www.tabframes.com or by telephone. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
Tabframes reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.
These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.
Orders and Prices
We use Stripe as our online purchasing system.
Tabframes accepts payment by any of the credit cards shown as acceptable on the website at time of purchase through Stripe.
All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and are subject to VAT and delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added at the checkout screen and will be part of the ordering process.
All prices may be subject to change.
The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to dispatch of your order, Tabframes will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
When ordering online your order will be sent to Tabframes through Stripe by email. You will receive an email receipt to confirm your order has been received. Should you not receive an email please contact us on 0208 123 1172 or email sales@Tabframes.com.
Orders of goods shown on the website can also be placed by telephone on 0208 123 1172.
If you are viewing our website from outside the UK and wish to purchase, please contact us via the telephone or email to place your order as terms and conditions, shipping prices and delivery times will differ to those stated on our website.
All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order for goods advertised as in stock, but it happens that these goods are out of stock, we will inform you of lead time for delivery and also offer you the choice of a refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods.
Delivery
All delivery times quoted on Tabframes website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times. Tabframes may deliver items from the same order separately but will charge for postage and packing as per the original order.
Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email, unless otherwise arranged with us at the time of your order.
Delivery of products to you will be considered to have occurred once the product is placed with our couriers or any other service we may use.
A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.
Tabframes are not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Tabframes is not liable for any damage which may occur to an order after a delivery has been made.
Returns
In cases of goods received that are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied please contact us on the day of delivery on 0208 123 1172. Tabframes accept no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.
A restocking fee may be applicable for goods incorrectly ordered with any costs returning the items are due by the purchaser.

Tabframes use Paypal and Stripe for online payments. Paypal and Stripe allows us to safely process your credit card payments and complete the financial transactions as securely as possible.
